Delivery and Returns
These terms and conditions shall govern your use of our website.
By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full; accordingly, if you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website.
you must be at least 18 years of age to use our website; and by using our website or agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant and represent to us that you are at least 18 years of age.
Planet Nails Distribution predominantly serves the professional nail industry. It will be assumed that customers purchasing products from our shop are educated in nail technology. Planet Nails Distribution provides ongoing support to it’s customers. However, we will not be liable for any damages as a result of products that are used incorrectly or without formal nail training.
FIRST ORDERS:
For new customers that place a substantial first order we will require proof of identification to ensure the order has been paid for by and is sent to the correct person. Unfortunately in this day of fraudulent online orders we do like to ensure your rights are protected. We will refund orders that do not comply with this request.
PRICING:
Product prices at Planet Nails Distribution are set out on our website and may be updated from time to time. All prices are in Australian dollars.
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS:
Your order is an offer to enter into an agreement with us. No agreement is created until your order and accompanying payment have been accepted and processed by us. Payment may be made via: Bank Transfer, Paypal or Afterpay. We no longer offer Credit Card options due to the high level of fraud we have experienced. You can however use your Credit Card and make payment via Paypal.
DELIVERY:
We use Australia Post for delivery. You will receive an email from us with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Please ensure that you give us the correct address. Please note we take every precaution to pack according to Auspost & Sendle regulations and to ensure that the products come to you in perfect condition, but we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged packages as once the order is with Auspost and/or Sendle, it is out of our control.
We use Auspost and make use of the SIGNATURE ON ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY.
If you are not home and the parcel goes to the post office for collection and you do not collect your parcel, Auspost will return the parcel to us at our cost. PLEASE NOTE if this happens you will be charged a new delivery fee + the fee we paid for the return parcel. Minimum of A$26.00.
If you then decide you would rather not have your parcel resent and ask for a refund, please note we will deduct the following from your refund:
* The return fee we were charged by Auspost
* The original shipping fee from your order
* A$10.00 admin and restocking fee.
The refund will only be done once the order comes back to us and is undamaged.
RETURNS:
It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it. Please notify us immediately if there is any damage/missing items/faults. Reports of products received damaged/missing items/faults will not be accepted if they are more than 3 business days after delivery.
If the product is defective when opened, we require reasonable evidence (photographic or video or both).
WARRANTIES:
All Planet Nails electrical products come with a 6 months Warranty (unless otherwise stated by us). PLEASE NOTE this warranty is for factory defects and is made VOID if your product has any physical damage to it.
All returns must have the original receipt included with the return.
We will accept product returns & provide you with a refund, credit note or repair where:
The product is faulty.
If you receive a product that is faulty please inform us immediately and please send us some photo’s or video of the product. We will either refund you or swop the product out for you.
The product does not match the sample or description.
Please note that even though our photo’s have been taken by a professional photographer the colour will never be an exact match. Please choose your colours carefully. If you order a primer and we send you a top coat we will swop it for you in your next order.
Change of mind
We offer a 7-day return policy on change of mind. If you change your mind you may return it to us for store credit only of the original purchase price, excluding original delivery costs, and less a $10 administration and restocking fee. All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipping packaging and include all parts and accessories. Where returned items are not received by us in brand new condition we will return them to you once you pay us the cost of the redelivery to do so.
We do not accept returns on any Inventory Clearance Sale Items.
